Lau Fau Shan is at the shore of Deep Bay, near Tin Shui Wai. It is famous for its production of seafood, especially for oysters, so there are seafood restaurants everywhere.The time-honored brand Yu Kee is still manufacturing authentic oyster sauce, using 80 percent of oyster sauce with 20 percent of water, the taste is strong and delicate. Except from seafood, there is a variety of dried food to buy, the most famous among these items is the dried oysters. All these can be gifts for relatives or friends.
